Do you offer guarantee?
All our products are handmade. Our mission is to make our products 100% perfect; however, some may have minor defects. Please note that in some cases, there is certain energetic content that we need to review regarding your products, especially if they are for protection. Why do my products, especially those that involve crystals, differ from photos?
You see, each piece is handcrafted by our team using beautiful natural stones. Since they are unique creations, the crystals vary in shape, color, and vibration.
The photos just aim to give you a general idea of how they look. But we promise the actual product will be just as cute as the images!
We know sometimes we expect something identical to the photo. But nature has a unique way of expressing itself that makes every piece special.
And that’s what we love! That each bracelet or necklace is different, just like you.

How many days will it take for my order to arrive?
Our products take approximately a maximum of 2 days to be made. However, if we have stock availability, we ship them immediately. On our website, during checkout, you can choose the shipping company and the delivery time according to your preference.

Can I create my own Japamala o bracelet?
Certainly! We can make your japa mala or bracelet especially for you or your loved one. All you have to do is tell us how you want it. You can choose them by colors, by energy purpose, based on your birth chart… or all of these! We are here to support and accompany you in this creative process.
How do I know wich is the japamala for me?
Our slogan is “Sacred Intuition and Growth.” From the moment you choose each product, we believe it’s what your soul and energy are calling for in that moment. Japa malas or bracelets are no exception. When you choose a japa mala, you activate this intuition, and with certainty, you will choose the one that resonates most with you, whether it’s due to its color, stone, or energy. Energy NEVER lies, and neither does your intuition, so listen to yourself :).
What is the size of a Japamala?
Our japa malas are made with crystals of approximately 8mm/0.33in in diameter. The japa malas come nested, which can extend them up to 55cm/22in. This may vary depending on how you want the finishing of your japa mala.
Whats the size of the bracelets?
To determine the size of your bracelet, you’ll need a tape measure or a piece of string. Wrap either of these around your wrist (just above the bone). Check the measurement on the tape measure or, in the case of the string, measure its length with a ruler. Once you have the measurements, you can use the following information as a guide:
- S: 15 cm/5.9 in
- M: 16 cm/6.3 in
- L: 18 cm/7.1 inc
What do you mean with Type A, B or C
When we refer to types A, B, or C (this only applies for bracelets), we mean:
- A: It comes with a hanging charm.
- B: It comes with a non-hanging charm.
- C: It does not have any charm.
