*Returns and Refunds Policy*
At Insacre Holistic Shop, we strive to provide our customers with products and services of the highest quality. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund or return in accordance with the following Refund and Returns Policy:
Refunds
- We accept refunds within 30 days of the delivery date of your order.
- Products must be unused, in perfect condition, and with all original packaging and labels intact.
- To request a refund, you must complete the return form on our website and obtain a return authorization number.
- Once we receive the returned product and verify that it meets the conditions, we will issue a refund for the full cost of the product, excluding shipping charges.
- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Exceptions
- Returns and refunds will not be accepted for custom-made products, final sale items, or products that have already been used.
- No refunds will be given for changes of mind after 30 days from the delivery date.
Returns
- If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you may request a return within 14 days of the delivery date.
- You must notify us in writing at info@insacreholisticshop.com with details of the issue and obtain a return authorization number.
- Once we receive and verify the defective product, we will send you a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
Shipping
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or the incorrect item was shipped.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and properly insuring the package to avoid damage during transit.
We reserve the right to modify this Refund and Returns Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
